Ok I stand corrected my dead lifts the other day were with 215 not 315 and my hammies were still not happy just in case Spencer wants to know:)
Yesterday I did the following work out
run 200 yds
then a "KUB":
15 kettle bell swings with 55lbs
20 dble unders on the jump rope
7 burpees
ran 200
kub
ran 400
kub
ran 400
kub
ran 200
kub
ran 200
I am more sore than a 30 year old virgen on wedding nite....but that is what I am supposed to feel like...no sore no gain:)
