Well this thing is going to take everything, so I have to get back to the bike and pool for starters... so here was my workout, first time back in the pool in a few years!
Low Row and Leg Press 4 sets (10-15x) - 30 Sec. Rest
2 min. Rest
Seated Calf Raise, Plate Rotator, Lateral Raise (10-15x) - 30 Sec. Rest
2 min. Rest
Plate Rows, Leg Extension, Cable Shoulder Press (10-15x) - 30 Sec. Rest
2 min. Rest
25 Plate Row, Standing Calf, Split Stance Squat (10-15x) - 30 Sec. Rest
2 min. Rest
Target Muscles - Calves, delts, quads, Secondary - Hamstrings, Trap
Swim - 25 x2, 50 x2, 75 x2, 100 x2
7 Min Sauna Stretch
14 Min Sauna Cardio - Situps, Calve Raise, Yes No, Push Ups, leg Raise, Squats (3x)
2.5 Hours total

Man, the pool misses me!  I feel very explosive and ready to die on 6-25-2011
